I decided to check. I've been on Step 3 for 25 minutes now, with a big circle flashing in front of my screen and a box that says "Please Wait"...

Rush was talking about an article that suggested they deliberately created bottlenecks to prevent a tsunami of bad press when people see the rates.
This claim that people could not see their rates under Obamacare is simply absurd. Nearly every insurance company involved in Obamacare also publishes their individual rates for 2014 (ACA compliant) on their website. Many insurance websites allow you to compare old 2013 plans with new 2014 ACA plans.
In North Carolina we only have one insurance company covering the entire state in 2014 for individual policies - Blue Cross Blue Shield. You can find your ACA 2014 rates for all the individual plans on their website and even calculate how much government subsidy you will get. http://www.bcbsnc.com

My toes are hurting really badly.
I have this silly habit of kicking a can down the road.
Some tell me to shut down this silly obsession.
Others tell me to default to an earlier time when I didn't do this.
Still others say, "Well, just stop kicking the can and do something that is productive."
But, I just can't bring myself to stop this silly game.
It seems to have been working, somewhat, for so long.
OUCH!...Oh, my aching toes.
