He can't. Only Congress or the courts can change the state law from a federal government standpoint.

White people that are going along with this witch hunt using Zimmerman as the witch are just being played for fools. It's just incredible how many fools there are in this country.

Obama/Holder are using Jackson/Sharpton and their black minions to try to re-ignite gun control. It will fail again but in the mean time they are racially dividing the country like no president ever has.

IMO, would be very hard core government overreach if the feds changed a state's "stand your ground" law.

They do just that all the time. Just as they did with gay marriage.

All they would have to do is pass a bill making stand your ground illegal or have a federal court find it in violation of the Constitution.
