Rand Paul suing the govt

Gotta love the guy. He stands up with cell phones in each hand pointing out the US Govt has no business collecting EVERYONE'S cell phone conversations, texts, and e-mails. I just can't believe this is the America I knew:( Where are the rest of the outraged people who's Constitutional rights have been stomped?:confused:
