Yeah, I saw that article earlier...Question I have is...

Did he make any profit on this using his own personal money? Conveniently, the article neglects to mention this.
 
He`s a Registered Rep of a publicly Traded Co. in Pru back then.. so that would be a severe conflict of interest... even for the incompetent & corrupt SEC... Now if he would have faded his own calls in an off shore account in Belize under his uncles sisters mothers cousins brothers....................................
