Dear Moderators,

I would like to take a moment to address an important topic that concerns us all — racism.
As members of this forum, we share a responsibility to uphold a respectful and inclusive environment for everyone and Advertisers.

I kindly request clarification regarding the forum's policies and guidelines in dealing with instances of racism.
It is essential for us to have a clear understanding of how such incidents are handled and what measures are in place to ensure that racism is not tolerated within our community.

I invite the forum administrators and moderators to shed light on the policies and procedures in place to address instances of racism. Additionally, I encourage fellow forum members to share their thoughts and suggestions on how we can further promote inclusivity and combat racism within our community.

Let us continue to learn from each other, engage in constructive dialogue, and create an environment where everyone feels valued and respected, regardless of their race or ethnicity.

Thanks you!

I have addressed this topic many times in the past but I will briefly reiterate it here.

Racism is a very fuzzy topic. What one person thinks is a very racist comment is something that another person would consider to be an everyday common jab. When I was in the residential construction business many years ago, I would hear all kinds of subcontractors talking back and forth while they did their daily tasks. And let me tell you, almost every one of them had some level of racism in them that came out of their mouths eventually.

So I always try to remember those days because it's important to understand the difference between common racist jabs and true racial hatred. I can't constantly police racial slurs and jabs that are posted here because like I said, most people have some level of racism in them, and it's bound to come out eventually. But what we are looking for from a policy standpoint is racial hatred.

There have been a few people along the timeline who came here specifically to post one thread after another criticizing and accusing a very specific race of people. What we generally see with that type of person is that they have both focus and frequency in their actions. In other words, they focus primarily on posting racial hatred exclusively and they do it very frequently, sometimes multiple times per day. That's the type of character that we don't want here.

All other biases towards races, LGBT people, etc. that are posted with much less focus and frequency are not actions that I generally have much desire to moderate because it all gets very murky and grey at that level, and it usually involves one person who is very racism sensitive being very offended by someone with a lot tougher skin, and in most cases, the person with the tough skin that commented didn't even think what he posted was racist at all. How can I possibly be a judge and jury in that type of situation?

So in summary, just remember that our policy revolves around racial hatred that is supported by focus and frequency. Everything else is just a bunch of noise.

I've noticed many black people use racial slurs with each other a lot+ seem to enjoy it.
[I would not like it if another light skinned person called me ''white trash'' LOL]:D:D
And many Hispanics seem to much prefer people that speak Spanish;
that may look + seem like racism, but I dont think so. WHY not??
Because many of them are polite about it and many simply feel inferior, because they consider your English so much better than theirs or mine.
I know the talking snake media loves to promote strife + racism, just like commies\ evil empire russia...........Amazing when they cant find any racism, they go back quick 100 years to find some racism=amazing:caution::caution:

The guy's a troll. Didn't see him post anything else besides posting in this thread about some "racism" posts. But agree with you regarding the "hatred" element to differentiate between opinions on different races and downright racism. Finally somebody has the courage to put it down on paper.
