Go to college and graduate
Get a degree that can actually make you money.
Easy formula. Blacks need to follow this blue print.

example, a black gets a college degree in communications and then claims there is income inequality because he cant find a job or only makes 35k per year when someone he knows thats white gets paid 60k per year who has an engineering degree. Is that racial/ economic inequality? No, thats bad decision making. Get a degree you can make money in.
The dirty secret about black college graduates is that they choose majors that just dont pay a lot. Has nothing to do with race and everything to do about choosing dumb majors.

a black has a criminal record and no skills so he or she works at a fast food restaurant making minimum wage. Is that racial/ economic inequality ? No. Dont commit crime and improve your skills by learning a trade.
 
Economic Inequality of African Americans compared to any other group is not a myth.

African Americans are genetically different. The average IQ of an African American is 85. This is lower than any other genetic group in the US. This limits the jobs that African Americans are intellectually able of doing.

African Americans genetic differences influence a wide spectrum of attitudes and behavioral traits.

As an example The National Museum of African American History and Culture blame all problems of African Americans on whiteness.

"The museum's graphic breaks the "aspects and assumptions of whiteness" into categories such as "rugged individualism" and "history."

For example, under "future orientation," the graphic lists "delayed gratification" and planning for the future as ideas spread by white culture. Others aspects of whiteness include: "Objective, rational linear thinking"; "cause and effect relationships"; hard work being the key to "success"; respect for authority; "decision-making"; a "steak and potatoes" aesthetic; children having their own rooms in a household; and the idea that "intent counts" in justice."

All of the above whiteness traits (bad) are to be contrast with their opposite - blackness.

Excellent info. There was a study that compared college degree’s that blacks earned and those of which whites earned. It clearly demonstrated many majors that blacks chose were much less challenging and therefore their degree’s earned much less money than those of whites and asians.
