Twin studies have found intelligence is about 75% heritable (genetic) and 25% environmental. Genetically driven differences in brain structure come from random mutations that start with one person in one area. It takes a while for the mutation to propagate out of that person's demographic group into other ones. So yes there are and have been statistical differences in intelligence between groups. However, the genes for brain structure aren't the same ones that determine the other characteristics of race, so it doesn't need to be that way in the long run. The statistical differences will eventually disappear through intermarriage.
In the meantime we need to treat people as individuals, understand that other human characteristics are just or more important than intelligence, and realize that that there are plenty of capable people in every demographic group.

Psychopathy is the underlying problem of the ages. Caucasians have about 1% occurence, Africans have about 4%. At 1-4% of the US population they do 50% of all serious crimes. They also have a very big influence on people around them and draw them towards their way of thinking. I'm thinking that if we diagnosed them very early in life and monitored them closely, put their pictures up on the web like we currently do with molesters [who are probably mostly psychopaths] and educated people about them we could reduce their effect by 90%. I think that would bring the stats regarding race vs all the above parameters much closer together while improving them for both races.
This may be the first time I have ever been accused of being politically correct. All you lefties should take note of that.
Anyway, I was trying to point out that environment matters, and it matters in a significant way. FC has made some good points which take us back to how this all started.If you take a race of people who are marginally less intelligent and then breed them in a way which fits physical demands to a much greater degree than intellect, you end up with what we have today. Add the exposure of the fetus to rampant drug and alcohol abuse by the mother, more drug and alcohol abuse by the person themselves, a very poor diet, a public education system that has gone completely off the rails...do this over multiple generations and you'll find yourself with all the problems we have today. To a lesser degree this is also happening among Caucasians.
The question is why does this continue unchecked? Not only unchecked, but facilitated. Is it being done with malice and forethought, or is it just a continuation of failed policies because the change will require admission of that failure? Any which way you slice it, we're on a bad path, and the race towards intellectual mediocrity is accelerating at an alarming pace. Violent behavior is but a symptom of a deeper underlying problem compounded social engineering that sacrifices substance for show.

However, there's a high level of baseline frustration that comes from being part of an underprivileged group and constantly subjected to negative assumptions, even by people who don't realize they are doing it. That probably accounts for some of the disparity in spontaneous violence.
A friend of mine who went to jail once told me that most of the dangerous prisoners were white, because there were so many borderline cases where whites are given the benefit of the doubt while blacks serve time.

Is violence always a bad thing? Is better to be a complete pacifist and stand by and do nothing while Hitler or Stalin eradicate parts of the population they don't like? Hitler hated Jews. And Stalin was a Jew who didn't need Ukranian Orthodox Christians so he stole their food and literally forced tens of millions of them to starve to death. The world didn't do anything to stop Stalin while the Ukranians were dying, but the world did eventually stop Hitler.

A.) A big, strong, agile, and fast black man uses his physical attributes for his own physical gain. Legal or illegal actions are beside the point, lets say that whatever he does he won't suffer for his actions. A good example would be a star athelete who cares only for himself or looks out for himself first and foremost.
Lets say one day, this black man sees a violent crime being commited and he uses his speed and agility to get out of harms way and save himself from the possibility of being injured.

He said that CBS executives wanted him to resign, but he refused and was fired by Neal Pilson, president of CBS Sports, who called Snyder from Hawaii.
Snyder said in a statement read by a CBS spokesman that he has "referred this matter" to his lawyer, former Republican Sen. Paul Laxalt of Nevada, "who is looking into it. Accordingly, I will have no further comment at this time."

Snyder, who during his remarks emphasized he was not meaning to be "derogatory," said the only thing now that "whites control are the coaching jobs--the black talent is beautiful, it's great, it's out there. The only thing left for the whites is a couple of coaching jobs."

"The slave owner would breed his big black (man) to his big woman so that he could have a big black kid . . . . That's where it all started," he said.

Poor Howard Cosell got the axe as well when he said "Look at that little monkey run..." when Art Monk caught a long pass. Of course, it's unlikely that Howard meant anything racist. It was no different than me calling my 7 year old a little monkey when he gets into trouble at school "what did the little monkey do today?" but the shouts and screams to get Howard off the air could be heard from Mars.
The media implements social policy by disseminating simple themes for ordinary minds. It is crowd control, and on issues like race and intelligence their agenda is to manipulate the masses into getting along, and not burden them with science that could be misunderstood and misapplied by people who can't wrap their minds around complex statistics.
