Quotetracker with IB problems

I was wondering if someone could help me as quotetracker's customer support have not yet answered my question.



I am trying to use quotetracker with IB. I have followed exactly all the procedures outlined on the quote tracker web page below:

However, I only get stock and indices quotes real time. Even though I get futures quotes no problem on TWS.

I have gone through quotetracker to figure out why no futures quotes, but it is a mystery.

I have asked IB and they said it is a quotetracker issue.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can get futures quotes?

Can you post a picture of the futures symbols as you have them set-up in QT?

QT's been working like a charm for me .... for years, using multiple data sources.

Apologies for the thread. Got it resolved now. Thanks to quotetracker support.
 
perhaps the symbols are not entered properly


for example:

er2 = globex:@erm8
es = globex:@esm8
nq = globex:@nqm8

the ym is another set of symbol prefix, its listed under help somewhere in QT
