Quotetracker/TWS question

Hi
I pulled up my software this morning after being away for a few days and noticed that my TWS is quoting EUR/$ with an extra digit, presumably to allow half pips etc.
When I back fill, my quoteracker does not seem to want to cooperate even when I change the min/max digits allowable under the options- edit preferences - Misc tab to 5.

Am I missing something? Anyone have a quick fix for this?

In addition to this, the last bid/ask on quotetracker was at 18:27 but my charts print the last bar at just after 11am local time this moring.

GBP/USD is working correctly with both the quote screen and charts updating normally.
 
Problem solved.
I don't know what caused it but I uninstalled QT and deleted all its files. I then downloaded the latest beta version, installed, configured it and its working perfectly as usual.
