We're working on it. QT kinda "grew" over years. Like a fungus. This one is planned, thought out, and we gotta compress the coding that took years into much shorter time :)
 
Hi, i so glad to be in this forum.

Few time ago i have a problem with quotetracker. I had a tdameritrade account but without founds and quotetracker worked so good. But now doesn't work.

How can i do to use the streaming again?

Nothing change in QT or with TDA as far as I know.

1) do you have the patch posted here? the latest I saw was

If you don't have it, get it

2) make sure your account has exchange agreements signed. If not, streaming may not work.

I have to have a td ameri account?
Or the patch works without td account?

I installed the patch, i can see histórical data but i can't see live quotes.
I think that it doesn't work because is weekend.. Am i wright?
 
You need some working account, be it TDA or something else. The quotes would work over the weekend too in most cases. Which quote source do you have selected on top right of the portfolio window? And does the button on the top left say START or STOP?
 
Im having the same problem. TD ameritrade no live streaming.
When I go to the quote source dropdown menu - TD Ameritrade is not even listed!

Any ideas - would their source have a different name? Thanks
 
you have TD Ameritrade excluded. Go to OPTIONS/Edit Preferences menu.

On the SITES LIST tab, move TD AMERITRDE from the left side to the RIGHT side.

then click OK and select TD AMERITRADE - Streamer .. as the data source

things got delayed a bit. The app itself is ready for early beta (some big features are missing, like trading, Paintbars, Index panel). but right now there is no login/User management. that is what I am working on now (server side). Don't need the full thing implemented in order to start giving out, so hopefully soon. Won't give a date yet though.
 
Hi Jerry I dint know you boys are still around I assume you got TDs money and retire? I never stop using QT is the only one I rely for accurate data. And BTW what is this I am reading? New platform Is it going to have a dome?
