Didnt realise the prev. post went thru, just chose 101 cos it was the last on the list!

Heres a sample error:

close QT and delete the CACHE\SDATA.DMP file and restart. sounds like the data file got corrupted

Looks like its fixed given that QT would take minutes to fire up and minutes to connect to IB.

Ok I have my intraday set at 10 days.

Some of my tickers come up at 10 days and I can scroll at the bottom to on see 3 day, 4 day, etc

However, some tickers come up intraday only showing 13hrs? I won't let me see more than this? I even click on chart period --> custom --> 10 days and it still shows 13hrs?

you need to backfill. Did you do that? If so, which symbol, and which backfill source?

there's a few symbols doing this here's one:

NTEK

I righted clicked and chose "backfill chart for NTEK"

how do i chose backfill source?

you must be using TDA. They are only returning 1 day of data backfill for NTEK.

It is set to default site backfill.

I've also tired setting it to TDA backfill, both only still only show 17hrs of intraday.

see bottom of pic above and you can see where the slide bar shows 17hrs
