Hello Guys,

this is really funny...am using the 3.9.8a version and from time to time the intraday backfill stop to work. I already had this problem some time ago an i fixed it by making a copy in a different partition of my disk (strange solution bu it worked).

Today the same problems show up...and there is no way to fix it..am not able to intraay backfill any symbols.

it is just like if data get corrupted and doesnt backfill anymore...i already tried to clear data fr all symbols...

Someone have any idea or possible solution?

mine's all of the sudden started freezing up. apparently though, jerry's working on some new chart program he says will be out sometime this year. let's hope so.

I just tried backfill with Stockwatch and it worked OK.

Try this:
right click on a chart and select:
CLEAR THE CHART\Clear All

then try backfill again

Jerry i was sure the datafeed was ok.

about the clear the chart i already made it on a single stock and also for all the symbols bt it doesnt work. Back some months ago i had the same problem and qt magically started to work again when i copied the qt files to a different location on the disk.

One thing i noticed is that when i backfill, the yellow label that appear last very little

there is some error code returned. Without looking at logs, really can't tell the issue. Sorry

Ok Jerry..i understand :-)

for all the rest following the posts....

so i backed up all my setting and disintalled QT.

I reinstalled it from and installation file, copied the 3.9.8a ver
into the directory.

and restored the backup of above...

et voilà! problem fixed! :-)
