QuoteTracker To Be Finished End of 2011

Patch totally worked and can use TDA backfill again. Although, I lost all my portfolio data. Bummer. Anyone know how to retrieve that?

Click on File, then Restore Backups, and there should be 5 of your most recent backups listed there on the left.

As a long time QT user I am all for the group effort to (source) forge ahead.

I placed the qtfix.zip file in the C:\Program Files\QuoteTracker folder, right clicked on the qtfix.zip, chose to extract to the C:\Program Files\QuoteTracker folder, and chose yes to all to overwrite files to complete the patch. This should have worked for you if that is what you did.

Be sure you extracted the qtfix.zip 3978 KB file uploaded on 02-04-2012 and not the old qtfix.zip 3870 KB file from about a year ago.
 
I'm also having problems with this fix.I had previously installed the old fix and now when I try to install this one I get the message 'Access Denied'!
