Was the QT patch not a patch? I have the older patch qtfix.zip 3870 KB installed and I have the same backfill problem. I noticed a different patch file number for download, qtfix 12-2011.zip 3987 KB, but I do not know what the differences in the new and old patches are.

Got this from IQfeed support just now:

seems only stock.exe is updated.

Replaced mine stocks.exe with this new one only.

So far so good. Backfill ok now.

just to clarify, the patch isn't ours. We found it online and are providing a link to it for our users as it appears to correct the backfill issue.
