Apparently TDA silently and remotely removed OptionsXpress as a quote source. I found a patch that will address this issue, as well as add IQFeed back in too.

Go to: http://myfreefilehosting.com/f/a4988abdfc_3.89MB

Then after filling in the dumb box, look for Click Here To Download in blue letters. Click that to start the download.
