As with everything you do when trying out something that you are new to (but that is not necessarily new) in the financial arena, you should thoroughly "kick the tires" before putting your trust (or money) into it.
You have to make sure you know the "ins and outs" of the software before you put your money on the line, and then, you have to "test it out" with small sums of money to make sure it is copacetic.
I personally have found that the software has helped immensely with my trading. They are also extremely responsive to any problems or difficulties that a trader is having with the software, AND are constantly upgrading and improving it.
