I signed up for the $7 rate and my first charge was $7 on Sept 15. I thought my rate would remain at $7 when the price change to $14 took effect after Sept 21st.
Did I misunderstand something here? I thought my rate was supposed to be locked in if I signed up before Sept 21st.

A call to TD Ameritrade's CS should resolve your issue A ) because currently QT is under the full control of TD Ameritrade, and B ) because they don't post QT subscription prices on quotetracker.com.

You should have paid for a year to get the lower rate before the prices increased. To see the prices for QT, just look on the Registration page on their site.
