Quote function inoperative

Unable to quote, then post.

Oops... looks like it might just be a Firefox issue. Quote/post works OK in IE11.

Oops again... even in IE11, looks like perhaps can quote a post which contains a link??

Seems to be OK in Firefox today... perhaps Gremlins yesterday
