The most aggrevating part is.. you can't get anyone on the phone. you can only email your complaint/problem..

And they also made a mistake when deducting the fee from my credit card.. no they didn't miss taking my payment.. they took it twice 2 months in a row... too bad they don't f#$^%#k up in my favor..

People have been doing that for years, not much use so far. I kept qcharts for the last few months because of the convenience of scrolling through several charts with a global cursor but lately I can't always get intraday data, the daily chart will fill up but the intraday charts will sit in the infinite wait loop, apparently the servers don't have the data. I'm verging on cancelling them because I have the global cursor in TS2000, the problem there is I have to import all the data into the Global Server from Esignal before I can look at any chart, at least Esignal has the data.
