Theres a little known secret, to making quite ordinary bread taste good.
Toast it.
Even better, roll it flat, tomato/barbeque sauce, olives anchovies,smorgasboard of cheese, onions, ham, capsicum, oh yeah.......
oven baked for (usually) half an hour or so.......
How did that subway guy lose that weight, when you could have made a pizza for roughly the same calorificness?
Crazy stuff.
Id like to know what they use in these joints, because a good turkish loaf would beat most of them hands down, if your talking about bread quality.
