Nothing like conspiracy theories and paranoia to make things interesting; and of course worse than they are. Throw a few Jews into a conspiracy, and it automatically gives it, if not more credibility, more willing believers.

Read the article to again hear about how Israel "had it's hands all over 9/11".

And you gotta love this line from the article: "Esoterically, the Illuminati is a secret society within another secret society, the Freemasons who are dedicated to sacrificing mankind to Lucifer"

Your rejection of spirituality is meaningless to the reality of human life.

I have read your "drivel" and find it lacking in fully understanding the human condition.

There is ivory tower pure intellectualism of Ayn Rand, who in her personal life was a mess, and the reality of human life which is both intellectual and emotional, both heart and mind, passion and spirit.

Pure theoretical intellectualism, when it meets the facts of life, is found severely wanting.

I have been exposed to many pure intellectuals in my life, and nearly always found them consistently lacking in common sense and the ability to function within the commons of society.

On the other hand, those who had achieved a balance of the intellectual, emotional, and spiritual views of life could function in all walks of life with ease.

It is a lot like these purely intellectual paper traders who have never traded, who think they can tell real traders how to trade. Traders know there is so much more to trading than a computerized trading plan based on back testing of market behavior.

Understanding the real human condition is the key to every lasting success in life.

If it was Hitler, Stalin, Napoleon, Dubya or a Martian, would you welcome it as unquestionable truth? Answers given and biases shown are more important than the quiz itself. Is the quote a true quote? Step outside the box.
 
I need to go now...but I'll note that the guy who got me into Objectivism in the first place was Schonfeld's legendary Dmitry- probably the best daytrader to ever walk the earth. I think you've heard what kind of numbers he put up, although I'm not at liberty to repeat them...it's a pretty poorly kept secret.

Dmitry is a hardcore objectivist and rejects all mysticism & spirituality.

Another 'paper trader' who's into Ayn Rand: Metooxx .

Agreed RM. But I think it's possible to be objectivist and spiritual simultaneously. A Rich Dennis would fit in that category.
