Quinnipiac Poll: Con Man near record low, voters trust media over Con Man

Identifying logical fallacies is pretty important when dealing with right wingers, they can't speak a line without resorting to one - so yes, it's important what tools are used

Guy who thinks his dick belongs in another dude's ass, lecturing on the topic of the need for logic.

Priceless.

If you show facts, then yes. But just because you say something doesn't make it a fact. Much, if not most/all of what you tend to argue is a view point. You're not arguing "the sky is blue" or mathematics that can be proven without the shadow of a doubt. You're providing editorials and perspective. That's not facts. Some of those statements can be logic, no doubt. I haven't read all your arguments with others (there's just too damned many) but the ones you are having with me sorely lack logic. Like the one on the evidence thread.

Even 'sky is blue' or mathematics are abstract concepts, they are mentations that are agreed upon by humans, those 'facts' do not have any inherent reality other than what you give it.

And I linked to actual news articles, not to editorials.

They have no message. The republicans are bad, worse than lice. Vote for us, we are better than a republican, or a sharp stick in the eye.

You're avg left wing media type and his avg everyday social commentary.

I give no inherent reality, then, to any news articles you present. They're fake news.

That is true. But they are generally accepted by all to be truth because they are done so on agreed constructs (color, numbers, etc). Anyone walking around saying the sky is not blue and is red is generally considered a lunatic.

An actual news article does not necessarily denote fact. It may have at one point in time. Now it's just speculation. There are still articles that report on fact: "Tornadoes ripped through Arkansas yesterday" for example. But much of politics woefully leaves facts out and focuses energy on partisanship editorial. Like you do.

And it doesn't denote speculation as you keep saying it, you can't have it both ways

When did I ask you to give them any reality? The question is why are you attributing other people's words to me?
