I have one idea to add to the discussion for all, who find ESignal's standard charts not really adequate to trade with, and don't want to switch to Advanced charts for 50/60$ more.
I've been using ESignal together with Ensign Software
http://www.ensignsoftware.com, which really was a great deal, until I switched to QCharts due to the expensive ESignal Datafeed in April.
I had the QQL Package for backup and scans, and switched back to ESignal, when they offered me their 19.95$ deal. But as most agree the standard charts are not adequate to trade with, even as backup, it's difficult.
So I tried to subscribe again for Ensign software, but ESignal did not offer a subscription to Ensign with their QQL-Package.
As the ESignal DataManager was the same I used before, I asked the developer of Ensign, if we could setup a trial to test the connection, and it worked.
I'm now subscribed to the ESignal QQL-Package and subscribed directly at Ensign for their software. Instead of using a stripped down version of ESignal, I now use Ensign as charting software for 39.95$. It cost more than QQL but the software is much more flexible to use.
