The crime rate went up not due to anything Trump did but due to the policy of the Democrats who run these cities....and the leaders who gave into the BLM rioters

Crime is a cultural problem , Poverty is not a main cause
Many parts of the USA are poor outside cities but dont have the same rate of crime as the inner city
