I know I have it in my notes, but I have so many files, my own search can't find it. And I can't find it in the fed. web site neither. Can some1 tell me what was the mth./yr. that the Fed launch QE1?

I found it. It's on Mar 18, 2009, a total of 1.25T
Silver has doubled since that time and gold has gone up 50%. So when we start QE3, Gold should be $2,100 and silver should be $50.
