QUICK POLL: Which trading method do ET traders most rely on?

My last poll suggests that about 75% of ET active members are day trading.

I am interested to see how we go about deciding to take our trades. If you use a mixed strategy vote for the one you see as most important for your trading.

News can be anything from economic data to earnings releases etc. If your News Trading is simply breakout trading then vote for News. If you use News to select candidates but TA gives the trade then vote TA etc.

Not sure how you would use fundamentals alone to day trade

Believe me, it was a consideration along with chickens entrails, but I am trying to pretend we are all tied to the objectivity of our trading plan.

This isn't a bad assumption, but wrong, nonetheless, because failure is more common in the favorite TA slot, and the rest is noise trading but HFT and statistics bots.
