Quick Order execution of amount of shares.

Does IB platform have something similar to webull slider to automatically trade amount of shares in % of account balance without having to calculate and manually type in the numbers?
Similarly for closing %amount of a stock position?
Can this amount be programmed into predefined hot keys?
Say 3% 5% ,8%, ...etc

Good morning Gazillionaire- If IB's TWS does not work for you, using Lightspeed Trader with an account with us, you can set up a hot key or hot button for a percent of your total BP or percent of our available BP. This example is a buy order, matching the current bid, sent to ARCA, for 10% of available BP to open a position but do nothing if to cover a short.

That is on a PC? I use a tablet to trade 30sec parabolic breakout.
I do not need any tools or even charts.I just need a direct access broker with fastest execution method like a webull slider but reviews
claim webull does not have the fastest orders filled even though their slider is simple and efficient.
Also, between IB and lightspeed, which has a cheaper fee if I prefer to count by number of trades instead of number of shares because I trade penny stocks?

You can do $ amount but I haven't seen % amount. Also $ amount must be 100+ shares or it will default to a minimum of 100 shares.
