I have been experiencing with a problem with Nasdaq Totalview feed via IB.
I set up the Imbalance column in my TWS as instructed by the IB rep. I was told that any open and close cross imbalances would be shown in that column. But it has been three months since and I have never had any thing shown for my 30+ Nasdaq stocks.
Has anyone experienced the same problem?
As an alternative, I am thinking about subscribing the totalview directly from Nasdaq. Has anyone done that before? Is the following the correct product to subscribe from Nasdaq?
