Questions on order form

I have question of oder form on TWS in IB when trading

how can I enter these two items "exchange and primary exchange" when you enter order form for stock.

Could I leave primary exchange blank and put smart in exchange item?

What option for those items? It could be better if there is menu there to choose.

my preference of commission is bundle pricing.

I strongly urge you to look at a few of the interactive tour on the IB web site and review the manual. An hour spent reviewing the material may save/earn you a bundle.
