Questions about ThinkorSwim, Zen-fire, CV & Tick charts

~25k account trading 2-3 lot ES futures. Around 2-6 R/T's a session.
ThinkorSwim is my current broker. I pay 4.50/RT.

First question..
Would it be a substantial difference in execution speeds with something like NT with Zen-fire feed and a different broker? (since it seems I am not able to link NT with ThinkorSwim)

Also, I like using Volume Candles or Tick charts with NT. Neither of these options are available with ThinkorSwim for ES futures. Do I need to use a new broker with the NT/Zen-fire software to accurately get real-time Tick or VC charts?
