Questions about listed stocks & quotes

Can i get more than just the inside bid/ask for NASD on listed stocks? ie.. different price levels for NASD limit orders

BTW, what is NASD anyway? Where is inca displayed because i only see the island/arcabook.

Where can i get the same kind of quote as ABWATLEY/ETpro direct access software/quotes display.

And if i want to see also the specialist openbook?
