Questions about Bookmap

1) Is it an open source code? (I mean can I find it on github for example?)
2) Is it just an organized way of showing data, or it uses a data that we don't have?
3) Who is John Slazas in notes?
4) I'm lost in this chart/info, can you simplified it to me
5) In the screenshot, why the last price is at the minimum volume (red and green), shouldn't it be at the most volume best price ?
6) In the second screenshot, where are the many large lots? there is no white line there

No, it's proprietary software.

Shows where resting limit orders are on the book and combines it with a price ladder of current orderflow.

You're not at a price level where there is interest of larger players.
