Fwiw, read rights offering at investopedia. You need to know why they are doing it. In a broad sense it is dilution and will have a negative impact on pps. If you are already a holder you'll have to particpate to maitain your investment to prevent dilution to your own portfolio but it still equals dilution. Are the rights tradeable on the market? There may be some value there. I may do some dd later but for now. good luck.

thanks for helping me with this. total newbie here. I have read that article at least 10 times and just could not make sense out of it. any additional information you may have will help a great deal. from what it looks like, from your analysis, this is bad news. I will wait for dd but without putting you on spot. If nothing else I will get out of my position first thing tomorow. thank you very much again.
