Being in good health is unquestionably helpful in defeating a covid infection. But no matter what supplements you take, including none, if your biology is normal, your best defense, by far, against covid is one or the other of the two mRNA vaccines, in the three shot sequence.

For those with compromised T-cell production, supplements will be of not much help and then even full vaccination leaves one at considerable risk. If you are intentionally or unintentionally immuno-suppressed, you are at heightened risk. You need both the Vaccine and your T-cells to be well protected. The supplements may be a good idea, but no one should delude themselves into thinking they are a substitute for vaccine plus T-cells.

You should be taking your booster shots, as many as you like---like Anthony Fauci, your master tells you.
 
A pulmonolgist told me he tries
to keep the interferon response optimal to dispose of incoming covid before the 2nd stage hyperinflammation kicks in. Of course he is very much in the line of fire, I'm not sure if NAC daily is ideal as so many are allergic to it.

Selenium, NAC taken daily and glucosamine plus vitamin D3.

The best supplement to fight Covid is to get vaccinated and eat red meat, vegetables and sugary desserts. Like we have been doing since we've had electricity.
