In fantasy land, If I had 15 million risk capital that I wish to put into the forex market where would I go for a brokerage firm?

I heard citibank was the best forex dealer in the world (or maybe it was citigroup). Can anyone list some others you would go to if you had such a large sum to trade with?

If I have 15mio, I would buy US T-note and trade forex with the interest from it just for fun (i.e picking and scalping until banned from each bucket shop in the world).

If I had 15 mio capital Id be sitting on a nice island drinking martinis..and thinking about all those tossers at the banks trying to take my money from me by offering nice margin levels .... and driving there BMWs...
