Question regarding warrants in sec filings

Redeemable warrants, exercisable for Class A common stock at an exercise price of $11.50 per share

Does this mean that the warrants can be exercised at $11.50 and only at this price?
I am looking into a stock called LOTZ.

It has a lot of warrants issued and I was perhaps thinking about taking a short position on this. Thank you

If you exercise the warrant you can only buy the stock at the $11.50 exercise price. You can get the $11.50 exercise price regardless of what the stock price is at. Even if the stock is trading below the exercise price the warrants may still be above intrinsic value (stock price minus exercise price) since there may be time value in the warrants.

That is correct. You would have your broker contact the warrant agent to exercise. You typically would rather try to sell the warrant rather than exercise before expiration since if you exercise you would lose any time premium (value) left in the warrant. So for example if the stock is at $12 and the exercise price is $11.50 the warrants might trade at $1.50 (50 cents in intrinsic value and $1 in time value).
