Question on arbing Canadian dual class share company

Alimentation Couche-Tard Inc Cl B Sv (Instrument Exchange TSX: Instrument Symbol ATD-B-T) and its other share class (Sorry, I don't have the symbol handy) are ending their two share class structure, and I was wondering if any US investors here had any experience with shorting Canadian stocks, best broker, depth of the short market, caveats, etc., etc.
 
Can't help with the arb; I'm a Canuck but was curious as to why the change in share class would be considered a reason to short?

I own some and don't see the company as over valued. That being said I'm a trader and will kick it out in a minute if it changes direction.
 
Well, there are two class shares of this stock, right? If if you have them handy, let me know both of them. I assume there is a spread between the two that will close if I short the high-riced one and long the lower priced. But I’d do more research before putting the trade on.
 
ATD.a & ATD.b

The "a" class has something like 10 votes, the "b" is either non voting or has only one vote.

They both closed at 46.78 $C today. I trade the "b" class because of the liquidity.
