(A) I really don't understand why one independent trader needs to evaluate another independent trader. Is it because for a trader to agree with another trader, one needs confirmation that a trader is really a successful trader? Imagine the situation we would run into if a star NFL quarterback refused to listen to his coach for the sole reason that the coach was not a successful NFL quarterback. Yet, this seems to occur again and again here.
(B) Or, is it because traders in ET are skeptical about others' success? If that is the case, then any amount of "supporting documents" is not enough. One can always, and for valid reason, ask for more confirmation. My question is (rhetorical of course), if one does not believe in a claim made by a trader, why not just ignore that trader and move on? Why all the rattling and finger pointing? If one is claiming success by lying, it is the liar's problem not the listener's, isn't it?
(C) In any account, returns of an independent trader are not meaningful to another independent trader. It seems to me that what another independent trader should be interested is in a trader's expectancy -- not the size but the direction: Is the independent trader having a positive or negative expectancy. Note: This expectancy can be defined only based on the trader's period 'cos that is what makes sense to that trader.
When it quacks like a duck, and walks like a duck, most probably it is a duck. But the problem is one needs to be aware how a duck sounds, and how a duck walks before one can make the above inference. Maybe that is the problem here. Not very many people have seen ducks or are ducks themselves, so they have problems making the inference!

But those who want proof of claims, never post any proof themselve, not from what they perform themselve, nor any proof that the claims are fake. They always make general statements that proof nothing, statements like:
- 95% of all daytraders lose (which does not proof anythuing at all about 1 specific person who makes statements)
- I know many professionals who confirm that it is impossible (cannot be check so value zero)
- I know not a single daytrader ... (because you don't know it does not mean that they don't exist)
- .....
- How many people want to show their account or results? Almost nobody, even you don't post your claimed results.
- If you show private information you will show it only to people you know and can trust. I only meet 2 persons from ET in real life, so I don't know any of you. Will surely never show anything to people I don't know at all.
- If private information is shown then the next step is to say that this information is not good enough. Proof of 30 years profitability, you were lucky, markets have changed.....
- I posted a few times in real time entries, exits and predictions, but I choose to whom I send it. Was stupid enough to post even some on ET.
- Today I gave a complete analysis from yesterday's trades in PM to several posters from ET. But I will never post it on ET.
- I started long time ago the shortest thread on ET. Title was something like:
Can Spikey make 1 point a day in the ES?
Before I could start in real time to post entries and exits, bashers already started to discuss that I would cheat, that signals would be posted too late.... In short they don't even gave me the change to proof it. The thread was stopped after a few postings because I closed it. Now I am glad I did, don't understand now how stupid I was at that time.
I still forgot one group of people: those who offend you, hoping that you will give away your secrets to proof that you are right.

I don't understand what are you so concerned about going public with calls, I would never accuse anyone of cheating as long as they post in real-time (within seconds from entry) their entry price & stop loss price. Lots of people did that and readers observed and were in a position to see what's what. I, personally, do not accuse anyone of their inability of being profitable, but I am sceptical of claims of high win rate, especially when those claims can't or won't be backed by live calls. I don't care for constant excuses whatever they may be. You guys have time to post lengthy posts, yet don't have time to post "L123, s121"? I would say the only poster I witnessed being unbelievably precise was Apex82. I don't recall anyone posting anything negative about him.

Do you want to take these calls? Do you not know what to do during the trading session? If you do know what to do and you don't want to take the calls, then what difference does it make whether someone, or anyone, makes RT calls or not?
If you're not satisfied with your winrate, that's your problem to fix, no one else's. Anyone else's winrate is irrelevant, whether they're making it up or not. Whatever they're doing or not doing is going to be of no help to you whatsoever unless and until they provide you with their trading plan.
So, again, what difference does it make? Who cares? What's with the obsession with what other people are doing?
IAN may be making up everything he posts. So what? If it meets some sort of need, great. He's not trading my money. I don't depend on him for calls, RT or otherwise.
You and yours are far too concerned with other people's business. You'd fare better by focusing on your own.
