question for Volatility spreads or pair traders.

for the first, is it essentially being delta neutral and profiting from volatility pricing into the premium? how profitable is this. is it suitable for individual traders?

second, is it possible to pair trade currency pairs with ~90 correlation present for past 2 years. is anyone having success with it ?
