Question for those who trade 24/7 markets

I've done the no sleep thing, or at least a "nap" between US close and Asia open. It's most important to be available from London Open onward anyway. I think its worth it if you can make a few thousand bucks ... not worth it if you end up losing.

You’re doing it wrong if you think you have to stare at the markets.

You are probably right, but there were a few trades in NQ or CL that if I were not to be available at the first two hours of London session I would have gave up most if not all of my open P&L. Obviously this is more of an issue if you take trades counter the bigger picture trend.

While I agreed that in principle, but in practice there are certain price actions I look for to exit optimally. I guess I could try to quantify that. But it's more on a case by case.
