Question for those familiar with IB & Oanda.

Gday all, am trading with Oanda, no problems with it really quite happy. Just want to trade indicies as well.

I love the ability to trade entirely on the chart. (Move stops etc). Can I do this with IB?

Also the IB fees for changing orders, do they charge you every time you move an order, or stoploss? Oanda dont...
