Question for the Athiests

Quote from ZZZzzzzzzz:

The one that you left running like an old woman never to return to again...
Well, this old woman was not enamored of your thuggery and casual references to bestiality, pedophelia and so on. You know, all that spiritual stuff that you get off on.

So you admit you are an old woman...

LOL!!!

:D :D :D

Quote from smilingsynic:

For instance, the Bible states that all life was created essentially at the same time, within less than a week.

Scientific evidence overwhelmingly refutes this notion. Every bit of evidence gathered in the geologic record supports the notion that many species preceded mankind by millions, tens of millions, and even hundreds of millions of years.

The Bible may contain some scientific truth, but the creation story in Genesis 1-3 is demonstrably a myth.

Define created.

Perhaps God created some bacteria and water and everything else evolved into existence in those 6 days. Just 6 seven days ? Does science know how fast the earth rotated back then versus today ?

Quote from smilingsynic:

On day three (or is it "age" three, lol), God created plants, and on day four God created the sun. As we know, plants cannot survive without the sun. If a day is an age, then how did plants live so long?

Depends on what kind of light he created on day 1 ?

Quote from athlonmank8:

What about Nostradamus? A devout Christian and also made great predictions.

You guys are missing the clues here.

Nostradamus, the devout christian........who wrote in code, and kept his occultist work secret from the religious authorities , until after he died?

Nostradamus, who appears to have been a talented medicinal herbalist, who fought a long battle against religious dogma to even continue his remedies?
Nostradamus, who made such vague choose your own adventure style predictions, people still think he actually made accurate predictions?
If you want predictions, the hindu scriptures , even with their pantheon of gods, beat all others hands down.

Come to think of it, christ didnt actually make any predictions, did he? Why tie in prediction, to religion in the first place?

Seems odd to me.

Now sit down and really ponder this for a second.....I need a GOOD answer for this.

I've heard of plenty of your ridicule of God, and your 10 questions on "if he really did exist". It's all garbage. Now i've got one for you.

Do you care to explain how the earth by itself, which could NEVER craft anything as intricate as even the faces on Mount Rushmore, could design something as complicated as a human being?

I mean seriously. Would love to hear your response to this....

Simply stated.....In order for you to believe in the big bang or whatever....you would also have to believe that the faces on Mount Rushmore could in fact be made by nature. Heck..that's just a piece of cake too.

Anyone of you care to field this, or does your mind simply go on auto-pilot when common-sense has to kick in.

There may be grand creator(s) but who said it has to be biblical god?
