Say a man is having a fight with his wife, and he tries to use the scientific method to win the fight.

The scientific way has its limits to the narrow field determined by the human mind, scientific instrumentation, physical laws...

God by definition is beyond all those limits, so what good would science be in knowing the truth of God?
