Question about tradestation

i found a pretty good deal with tradestation and i don't think i need to have an account with a broker wither, this package : CME Data Package #1
- E-mini Equity Package and E-mini Market Depth
- Includes Delayed Data for the complete CME Exchange
will this include real time data for the actual ES? will i be able to see order flow, time and sales?

With tradestation will i have to pay a seperate monthly fee to have access to a chart of the ES? If so how much?

Trade station acts as a broker. If you dont trade a minimum per month you are charged a platform fee.
