Question about Soybeans trading hours

hello,

currently i am trading the ES but wanted to add so more instruments so I started to look at Soybeans, so I pulled up a chart.

However, I am confused about the hours because at 12:54 Pm EST the chart started to print and contracts were being exchanged however the candles stopped printing at 1:36 PM est.

What confuses me is that its a Saturday, any explanation for this would be greatly appreciated.
 
the only time you need to be concerned trading it is...10:30am to 2:15pm EST...nothing else matters...great contract to trade...the first :30 is very wild...
