question about prop firm fees

I should have clairified it when i said well over 1 million. Many months i've done 2-3 million shares. I trade 50-100 lots on the es. So to get the same bang for my buck on 50 es contracts at $2500 a pt i'll have to do 25k shares of the spy. I'm experimenting with the jiggle of the es vs the spy and if i can hold the spy longer and move 100% of my trading to the spy i could do 10-20 million shares a month.
