Question about leveraged ETFs

If I had $210K in an account. And I decided to keep $110K in cash at all times...how often could I trade leveraged ETFs with the remaining $100K. Once a day? Once every 3 days?

Also, if I was trying to trade a stock...like Ford (F), could I just trade as often as I wanted to?

As often as you like as long as you maintain 25K worth of equity in your account to comply with pattern day trader rule.

Thanks. I'll read up on this. I skimmed it and wasn't real clear on what you have to do if you don't trade too often. Can you stay in compliance with like 3 or 4 trades a day?
