Question about a broker...

hello,
I'd like to ask about a broker who a friend of mine started to use. I'ts Daniels Trading and he just opened up. If there is anyone who can share experience about this firm it would be very much appreciated. I can't but since I saw a few things disturbing (according to what he tried to explain me???) to the way I like my trading environment ....

Why not call his broker and have a discussion. Seems like he is using someone specifically.
