if i enter limit orders overnight do they go straight to the exchange and enter the que or is it held at my broker until the market opens again? and also how thick is the book 10 - 20 ticks away from present price in the say the BUND and ESTX50? thanks to anyone who can help or maybe attach a pic of the que in the one of the contracts? thanks.
