Quadriga Superfund - Managed Futures

This thread needed an update since the last post was on May 12th, a date many things changed in the futures and equity markets in 2006.

Superfund Quadriga A:

2006 +4,77 % -3,32 % +2,32 % +3,51 % -5,27 % -1,45 % = 2006 YTD +0,16 %

Superfund Quadriga B:
2006 +8,26 % -4,37 % +4,33 % +4,66 % -9,42 % -2,65 % = 2006 YTD -0,32 %

Superfund Quadriga C:
2006 +12,82 % -6,73 % +4,14 % +9,66 % -7,64 % -1,83 % = 2006 YTD +8,97 %

So much for their ability to cope with choppy markets. MAN GROUP's AHL wasn't doing much better in May.
 
I would love to see how they weathered today's action in Gold and Crude!

They usually post NAV on Wednesday.

You'd think Quadriga might have already been short both gold and crude as they have been trending lower lately. Quadriga might have done really well today.

Today's drop in gold must have been close to a record, hey? Wow.

Aaron, it was a record - a 26 year record drop!
 
Just thought I would bring back one of my old favorite threads. :D

Quadriga finished 2006 up about 20% net of fees for the year. So much for the big implosion that was predicted by the ET prognositcators. :p
